Application for Tuition Assistance:

Assistance with tuition is available to families who have filed registration papers with the school office and demonstrated a financial need.  Assistance is applied to the oldest child in the family first and then subsequent children.

Applications for tuition assistance are to be completed online at

www.factstuitionaid.com.

The following information is required to be faxed (866-315-9264) in order for FACTS to process your application and the MSMCS Tuition Assistance Committee to offer assistance:

• completed online application (no paper available)
• payment of the $20 application fee on-line,
• copies of your 2009 tax return including all schedules;
• copies of your 2009 W-2’s for both you and your spouse;
• copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.
